Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Level 2 or Level 3 Electrical Apprentice.
• Willing to learn and progress through apprenticeship.
• Strong commitment to safe work practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Read diagrams and drawings to determine work procedures.
• Install and align stationary industrial machinery per plans.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Inspect machinery and identify defects or malfunctions.
• Assist with adjustments and replacement of faulty components.
• Operate machine tools to fabricate parts for overhauls.
• Verify safety devices function after repairs or installs.
• Maintain machine tools and document maintenance activities.
• Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement.
• Keep detailed maintenance reports and a clean work area.
