29.12 - 32.29 $ / h + PRODUCTION BONUS UP TO $190 / WEEK AND A DISTANCE PREMIUM WITH AN AVERAGE OF $15 / DAY

Qualifications

Your qualifications:

1. Education required: Degree in industrial mechanic (Block 3 or higher) with training support aiming to become a Red Seal certified mechanic.
2. Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
3. Welding certification is an asset; if interested in obtaining it, the company supports training
4. Interest in training will be assessed and supported by the company as needed
5. Bilingualism is an asset but not required
6. Meet JDI selection criteria

Responsibilities

The work:

1. Responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and industrial machinery in a production environment
2. Perform troubleshooting, repair, assembly, and preventive maintenance of machines
3. Read plans to manufacture and modify equipment
4. Monitor daily maintenance activities and respond to emergencies
5. Repair or replace chains, belts, conveyors, gearboxes, hydraulics, and perform welding and cutting as needed
