Work Schedule: Alternating 8-week shift rotation including days, afternoons, nights, and weekends

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Ensure proper functioning of all mechanical equipment in the facility.
• Perform installation, repair, and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Manage control systems in the plant, with thorough knowledge of processing and packaging systems.

Requirements:

• Journeyman Millwright with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Experience with welding and machining.
• Familiarity with equipment such as Polaris E, Polaris 2 and 3, Fryers, X-Ray machines, vibratory conveyors.
• Proven safe work habits.
• Troubleshooting skills for electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, electronics, PLC maintenance, and system overhaul.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance software like PMC.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to work independently and in compliance with safety and manufacturing standards.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong organizational skills, dependability, and good communication.
• Own tools, toolbox, and safety shoes required.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and rotating shifts.
