What This Role Is About

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the successful applicant will complete all work assigned related to maintenance, including tasks on the premises and boiler operations. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Repair, clean, and lubricate equipment, pumps, and compressors
• Monitor and inspect equipment including boilers
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedule
• Carry out emergency maintenance activities as required
• Ensure equipment runs at optimal capacity through operational checks
• Assist with new installations and machine modifications
• Resolve daily equipment problems
• Maintain work areas in a neat, safe, and food-safe condition

Qualifications

• Certified Industrial Electrician or Industrial Mechanic/Millwright
• 4th Class Boiler ticket or willingness to obtain
• Support operation through on-call rotation for emergency maintenance
• 3 years of experience in an industrial environment
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Strong technical, mechanical, and diagnostic skills
• Experience with PLC, troubleshooting, plumbing, and pipe fitting
