Béton Lécuyer, a leader in manufacturing concrete parts on the North Shore of Montreal, is seeking motivated and energetic industrial mechanics to strengthen our production team. If you enjoy working in a stimulating environment and are ready for a challenge, this opportunity is for you!

Your Responsibilities

1. Ensure the proper functioning of production machines and optimize their performance.
2. Perform setup adjustments for smooth operations.
3. Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
4. Work on equipment such as the mixing plant, production tables, and welding robots.
5. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, including forklifts.

What We're Looking For

1. A DEP in industrial mechanics or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (ideal for early-career mechanics!).
3. Autonomy, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
4. Good knowledge of welding.
