Job summary

Randstad Canada in Edmonton is seeking an Inside Sales Representative – Industrial to support the sales team by identifying and qualifying leads, providing product information, and preparing quotes.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work with Account Representatives, Customers, and Technicians to deliver quotes and maintain client databases, with occasional travel to support relationships. This role is based at our Edmonton office located at 4403-68th Ave NW.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar role in the industrial industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team by identifying/qualifying leads and providing product information.
• Prepare quotes and proposals based on customer specifications and project requirements.
• Maintain customer relationships and respond to inquiries.
• Provide regular sales reporting and maintain client databases.
• Travel occasionally to support client relationships.
