Napoleon Group of Companies in Barrie is seeking a Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment across manufacturing and office spaces, performing routine cleaning, sanitation, and light maintenance in accordance with company standards and safety protocols.

The role operates from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., supporting washrooms, break areas, and floors, with a strong emphasis on 5S and WHMIS guidelines in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous custodial/janitorial experience in industrial setting is an asset.
• Valid G-class Ontario driver’s license with clean abstract (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning, sanitation, and light maintenance per schedules and instructions.
• Clean washrooms, break rooms, and offices; restock supplies and report issues.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and maintain 5S standards.
• Assist with waste sorting, recycling, and yard cleanup.
• Monitor and restock janitorial supplies; report low stock to supervisor.
