Qualifications

• Sweep, shovel, and remove debris and foreign materials.
• Blow down designated plant areas using air equipment.
• Clean elevated areas using scissor lifts and sky jacks.
• Assist with facility housekeeping and post-production cleanup.
• Perform and document routine inspections.
• Identify maintenance concerns and report repairs.
• Support additional cleaning duties as required.

Our growing Brantford client who is a leader in manufacturing is looking for an Industrial Cleaner (PERMANENT) to join their team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2-3 years related experience and is happy to work straight continental nights. The following are the responsibilities:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Critical role in maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient manufacturing facility.
• Cleaning production and warehouse areas using industrial cleaning methods
• Sweeping, shoveling, and removing debris and foreign materials
• Blowing down designated plant areas using air equipment
• Cleaning elevated areas using scissor lifts and sky jacks
• Assisting with facility housekeeping and post-production cleanup
• Performing and documenting routine inspections
• Identifying maintenance concerns and reporting repairs
• Following all safety procedures and company standards
• Supporting additional cleaning and housekeeping duties as required

HOURS - Continental Straight nights- 7pm-7:15am

Pay $20.34 plus $1 shift premium plus benefits

Please note it can be a messy environment.

YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE CLEANING IN AN INDUSTRIAL AREA.
