HyLife Foods LP recherche un ou une opérateur(trice) d’abattoir pour effectuer l’éviscération, la découpe et le conditionnement des viandes dans un environnement de production. Travail permanent, sur site, avec heures variées et exigences physiques élevées.

Le candidat doit posséder au moins le diplôme d’études secondaires ou une expérience équivalente et démontrer de la précision, de l’endurance et une bonne coordination main-œil.

Qualifications

  • Niveau d’études: diplôme d’études secondaires ou expérience équivalente.
  • Expérience exigée: 1 à moins de 7 mois dans le domaine.

Responsibilities

  • Éviscération et préparation des carcasses d’animaux.
  • Découper les carcasses selon les coupes primaires pour transformation ou emballage.
  • Retirer les os des viandes.
