Job summary

Bell is seeking an Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation Manager to lead the development and implementation of Bell’s Reconciliation Strategy across the organization. The role drives the PAIR Certification program and oversees culturally responsive initiatives with cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on building authentic relationships with First Nations, Inuit, and Métis communities and delivering community-centered training and communications, while ensuring alignment with Bell’s values

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Experience engaging First Nations, Inuit, Métis communities.
  • Ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Indigenous protocols and reconciliation practices.
  • Experience designing community-centered training and communications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the corporate reconciliation strategy and governance.
  • Manage the PAIR Certification program and related inclusion initiatives.
  • Lead Indigenous engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Build long-term relationships with Indigenous leaders and communities.
  • Coordinate workshops, consultations, and community events.
  • Design cultural awareness tools and training programs.
  • Track engagement efforts and prepare leadership reports.
