Job summary

MNP in Calgary is seeking a candidate for our Indigenous New Grad Program designed to develop skills and contribute to meaningful projects supporting Indigenous communities and organizations. You will engage with clients across the country and collaborate with teams to empower communities through thoughtful research and strategic initiatives.

Our diverse team of professionals works with Indigenous peoples, groups and organizations across the country and shares a passion for learning and understanding their history, culture and contributions to our country. As a trusted advisor, you’ll provide expertise to empower Indigenous communities, organizations, businesses and individuals in navigating a dynamic social, political and economic environment.

Our clients include various First Nations, Metis and Inuit communities as well as Indigenous organizations and associations across the country. We support our clients to develop strategic, business and operational plans that are thoughtful as much as engagement driven.

  • You’ve graduated from a post-secondary program (diploma, bachelor’s degree, master’s, or PhD) within the last 24 months
  • You’re available for a one-year term
