Job summary

MNP LLP is seeking an Indigenous New Grad for a one-year term in a growth-focused program. This role contributes to meaningful projects empowering Indigenous communities and organizations while gaining consulting experience.

You will join a diverse team working with First Nations, Inuit and Métis communities, helping develop strategic and operational plans and building strong client relationships across Canada.

Qualifications

• Indigenous to Canada and self-identify as Indigenous.
• Graduated from a post-secondary program within the last 24 months.
• Available for a one-year term.
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
• Passionate about helping people and organizations thrive.

Responsibilities

• Help to improve how organizations work and communicate.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with clients and communities.
• Gather data via interviews, focus groups, workshops, surveys and other research tools.
