Job summary

Ontario Health seeks a Lead for Indigenous-Led Palliative Care Initiatives to unite portfolios, engage FNIMUI leadership, and co-create a self-determined palliative care model with the Provincial Palliative Care Program. You will guide engagement and program coordination to turn community feedback into action.

You will lead complex, multi-partner projects, align diverse stakeholders, and prepare analyses for executive decision-making, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in a health-related field or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years leading health care projects or programs.
• Experience supporting Indigenous-led approaches is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead Indigenous-led palliative care initiatives across Ontario.
• Build relationships with FNIMUI leadership and communities.
• Co-create Indigenous self-determined models of care with partners.
• Lead complex multi-partner projects from planning through delivery.
