Job summary

UBC Okanagan's Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL) is seeking a part-time ISI Fund Project Coordinator. The role provides administrative, logistical, and communication support for CTL projects led by the Educational Consultant, Indigenous Initiatives, to increase UBC’s Indigenous Strategic Initiatives Fund applications.

Hybrid on-site work is possible; primary duties include documentation and timeline tracking.

Qualifications

• Two years post secondary completed.
• Over two years of related experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates collection, organization, and archiving of project-related documentation.
• Manages project-specific communications with timely updates to team members.
• Plans, schedules, and supports project meetings with agendas and action item tracking.
• Assists in compiling information for project timelines and workflow tools.
• Drafts, reviews, and formats project documents, reports, and resources.
