Kainaiwa Children's Services Corporation is seeking an Employee Relations Officer to support positive workplace relationships across the organization. The role involves investigating complaints, advising managers on policy interpretation, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation while incorporating Blood Tribe traditions.

Under the Human Resources Manager, you will maintain confidential records, facilitate conflict resolution and mediation, and help develop and communicate HR policies

Competenze

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• CPHR designation or related designation is an asset.
• Knowledge of employee relations best practices and applicable legislation is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary contact for employees and managers regarding workplace concerns.
• Investigate and assist in resolving complaints, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and confidential manner.
• Advise managers on policy interpretation and best practices in employee relations.
• Support development and communication of HR policies related to employee relations and workplace conduct.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations files and documentation.
• Monitor trends in employee relations issues and recommend policy improvements.
