Lax Kw’alaams Band is seeking an experienced educator to join the Wap Suwilaawksa School in British Columbia. The role requires planning, delivering, and differentiating instruction while integrating Tsimshian language and culture into daily lessons.

Collaboration with Elders and community members is central to the position, alongside supporting students with IEPs and strong classroom management. The successful candidate will communicate effectively with families, participate in school-wide

Competenze

• Valid BC Teacher Regulation Branch certification.
• Bachelor of Education or equivalent post-secondary degree.
