Job summary

The Byng Group is seeking experienced Independent Tile Installation Contractors to support apartment turnover and reno projects in Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge and surrounding areas. This is a contractor role with pre-approved pricing and direct job assignments.

You must have a registered business, GST/HST number, and relevant insurance; own vehicle and tile tools are required. Bi-weekly payments apply, with streamlined work orders and dedicated support.

Qualifications

• Must operate as an Independent Contractor.
• Registered business with a valid GST/HST number.
• Minimum $2M Commercial General Liability Insurance.
• Valid WSIB Clearance Certificate.
• Own vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Experience installing ceramic, porcelain, and subway tile.

Responsibilities

• Installation of kitchen and bathroom backsplashes.
• Installation and replacement of tub surrounds.
