Job summary

The Byng Group in Kitchener, ON is seeking experienced Independent Demolition Contractors to support apartment turnover and renovation projects across Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, and surrounding areas. This role offers consistent, ongoing work with direct job assignments and a streamlined ordering process.

As an Independent Contractor you must operate your own registered business with GST/HST, carry $2M CG liability insurance, hold WSIB clearance, and provide your own vehicle, tools and PPE.

• Must operate as an Independent Contractor
• Registered business with a GST/HST number
• Minimum $2M Commercial General Liability Insurance
• Valid WSIB Clearance Certificate
• Own vehicle, tools, and PPE
• Experience in residential demolition
