Job summary

Royal York Property Management, inc. is seeking experienced plumbers to service residential properties across Ontario. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and complete installations within your verified scope while working independently.

Travel between appointments using your own vehicle, document findings, and use a mobile work app to manage orders and photos. A valid plumbing trade status and strong safety awareness are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of paid professional plumbing experience.
• Valid plumber trade status verifiable.
• Ability to diagnose and complete jobs independently without supervision.
• Legally able to perform plumbing work through contractor setup.
• Experience with common residential repairs and service calls.
• Own reliable vehicle to travel between appointments.
• Own plumbing tools and supplies.
• Own smartphone with GPS and mobile app access.
• Basic English communication.
• Reliable and punctual with GPS-confirmed appointments.
• Arrive within 30 minutes of scheduled time.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing problems and recommend repairs or replacements.
• Complete residential service calls and repairs.
• Repair leaks, toilets, faucets, sinks, drains, and fixtures.
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify leak sources.
• Document findings, parts used, and follow-up needs.
• Use mobile app to manage work orders and navigate between appointments.
