Job summary

Royal York Property Management is seeking experienced plumbers to diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues at properties across Ontario. You will travel betweenappointments using your own vehicle, manage work orders via a mobile app, document findings, and complete repairs safely within your verified scope.

Minimum 5 years of paid plumbing experience and a valid trade status are required. You will perform installations, test for leaks, and identify when permits or other specialists are

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of paid professional plumbing experience.
• Must hold valid plumber trade status that can be verified.
• Ability to diagnose and complete assigned plumbing service jobs independently without supervision.
• Legally able to perform plumbing work through a contractor or business setup.
• Experience completing common residential plumbing repairs and service calls.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing problems and recommend repairs or replacements.
• Complete residential plumbing service calls and repairs within your scope.
• Repair leaks, toilets, faucets, sinks, drains, valves, and fixtures.
