Job summary

Royal York Property Management is seeking experienced Electricians to diagnose electrical issues, perform service calls, repairs and installations across residential and commercial properties in Ontario. You will work independently, manage appointments via a mobile work app, and ensure work is completed safely and professionally.

Applicants should have at least 5 years of paid electrical experience, valid trade status, and the ability to travel between sites using their own vehicle and tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of paid professional electrical experience.
• Must hold valid electrical trade status that can be verified.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Legally able to perform electrical work through appropriate contracting setup.
• Own vehicle to travel between appointments with tools and equipment.
• Own electrical tools and testing equipment.
• Own smartphone with GPS, camera, and ability to read work orders.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical issues and recommend repairs or replacements.
• Complete residential and commercial electrical service calls, repairs and installations within scope.
• Troubleshoot outlets, switches, lighting, circuits, panels and wiring.
• Record findings, parts used and follow-up recommendations.
• Take photos of issues and completed work for records.
• Use mobile work app to manage work orders and GPS navigation.
• Travel between appointments using own vehicle.
