Job summary

The Byng Group is seeking Independent Demolition Contractors in Barrie, Ontario to support apartment turnover and renovation projects. You will perform interior demolition, remove flooring and fixtures, and handle site cleanup for residential units in Barrie and surrounding areas.

Applicants must operate as an Independent Contractor, have a registered business with GST/HST, carry a minimum of $2M CGLI, hold a WSIB Clearance, and own vehicle, tools, and PPE.

• Must operate as an Independent Contractor.
