Job summary

Prairie Land School Division 25 seeks caring Educational Assistants to support students in inclusive classrooms at J.C. Charyk Hanna School. Up to 1.8 FTE with schedules based on student needs and availability.

Successful candidates will work with teachers to promote learning, independence, and well-being. Preference for post-secondary training in Special Education, Educational Assistant studies or Early Childhood Education.

Qualifications

• Preference will be given to candidates with post-secondary training in Special Education, Educational Assistant studies, or Early Childhood Education.
• Experience supporting children with diverse learning needs and developmental disabilities is an asset.
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector and Child Intervention Check satisfactory to PLRD prior to commencement.
