Prairie Land School Division 25 seeks caring Educational Assistants to support students in inclusive classrooms at J.C. Charyk Hanna School. Up to 1.8 FTE with schedules based on student needs and availability.
Successful candidates will work with teachers to promote learning, independence, and well-being. Preference for post-secondary training in Special Education, Educational Assistant studies or Early Childhood Education.

Prairie Land School Division is seeking caring, dedicated, and flexible Educational Assistants to support students in inclusive classroom environments. We anticipate filling several positions totaling up to 1.8 FTE with individual FTE allocations and schedules determined based on successful applicants' availability along with the needs of the students and the school.
Working collaboratively with classroom teachers and school staff, successful candidates will provide student-focused support that promotes learning, independence, positive relationships, and overall well-being. Responsibilities may include providing personal care and supporting students with educational, social, behavioral, communication, and physical needs throughout the school day.
Strong interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills are essential, as well as the ability to demonstrate patience, flexibility, and adaptability in responding to student needs. Preference will be given to applicants with post-secondary training in Special Education, Educational Assistant studies, Early Childhood Education, or a related field. Experience supporting children with diverse learning needs and developmental disabilities is considered an asset.
