Pay Range: CAD$37 - CAD$38 per hour. Employee benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

1. Skills: Major / Critical Incident Management, change management, French language proficiency.
2. Location: Onsite in Montreal, French language skills, on-call availability.
3. Responsibilities include coordinating all activities for critical incidents.
4. Manage, coordinate, and monitor daily activities within the Incident Management process for the specific service domain.
5. Assign resources to balance workload and meet service level commitments.
6. Monitor work queues for incidents at risk of missing service agreements.
7. Establish escalation points for timely incident resolution.
8. Serve as delivery liaison for Process Account Lead and High Priority Incident Manager.
9. Manage team performance within the Incident Management process.
10. Ensure process adherence and assist the team in incident resolution.
11. Monitor service delivery for all customers served by the team.
12. Analyze process performance and delivery metrics.
