Role Overview

Reporting to the Director, Independent Delivery Contractors (IDC) Relations, the Compliance Manager will ensure all last-mile companies comply with insurance, WSIB, and corporate requirements. The role covers Canada and includes advising our subsidiaries outside Canada, ensuring compliance with Canadian law.

Main Responsibilities

1. Implement and promote IT platform adoption
2. Develop ongoing compliance functionalities and enhancements with stakeholders
3. Provide responsive system support
4. Oversee IDC Compliance Specialists and liaise with stakeholders
5. Prepare IDC data dashboard reports
6. Maintain proactive compliance updates
7. Audit documents for accuracy
8. Travel and work at stations as needed

Skills and Experience

• 3+ years in business administration, compliance, legal studies, or related fields such as logistics/transport
• Management experience of at least 3 years
• Knowledge of logistics and transport industry preferred
• Understanding of legal requirements for last-mile carriers
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Service-oriented with troubleshooting skills
• Quick learner with research skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in French and English
