Duration : 6-12 months of contract with possible extension

Job Description :

• Managing bridges for major outages
• Managing and keeping others on task
• Interacting with the client(s) to provide timely status updates; strong communication skills are required
• Working in whiteboarding sessions to resolve incidents
• Role is shift schedule work, so flexibility is needed (client is working to confirm shifts, but they are considering 4 AM to 12 PM, 8 AM to 4 PM, 2 PM to 10 PM)
• Availability for weekend rotations is required

Skills required :

• Fluent in English and French (written and verbal)
• Experience with major incident management
• Ability to work onsite in Montreal at the airport
• Basic networking knowledge / understanding
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
