Job summary

Grimco, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage inbound phone and chat communications, process orders, and deliver exceptional customer support as a key member of the territory sales team.

You will collaborate with outside sales, maintain accurate CRM data, upsell opportunities, and ensure smooth quote-to-delivery cycles while upholding Grimco's standards and customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of customer service or sales support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable using phones, email, chat tools, and CRM systems.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and team-focused.
• Familiarity with sales order system and product offering.

Responsibilities

• Inbound & Digital Communication: promptly assist customers via phone, email, chat, and web orders; be responsive across channels.
• Order Management: accurately enter customer orders and ensure timely processing.
• Customer Experience: deliver positive, solution-focused service through the entire sales process.
• Support for Outside Sales: provide quotes, follow up on orders, communicate lead times.
• Account Maintenance: proactively maintain existing customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Upselling: identify opportunities to increase order value and promote related products.
• Outbound Calling: participate in targeted outbound call projects to support team goals.
• Lead Sharing: pass along qualified leads to appropriate sales rep for follow-up.
• Issue Resolution: handle problems independently when possible, escalate when necessary.
• Product & Process Knowledge: stay fluent in products, procedures, and sales systems.
• Team Contribution: collaborate with peers to reach team goals and share best practices.
• CRM Administration: maintain up-to-date customer records in 360+.
