KognitiveSales Solutions is growing its in-store sales team and we are looking for driven, personable individuals who thrive in a retail environment. In this role you will work inside a major Canadian retailer, meeting customers where they shop and helping them discover a financial product from one of Canada's trusted brands.

Qualifications

• Must thrive in a retail environment and meet customers where they shop.
• Willing to pass criminal and credit background checks.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Willing to travel to multiple store locations within territory.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers in-store and walk them through features and value of our client's credit card products.
• Ask the right questions to understand each customer's situation and make a relevant, helpful recommendation.
• Serve as the product authority inside the store, knowledgeable, approachable, and credible.
• Consistently meet and surpass personal sales targets while championing the client brand.
• Create positive, memorable interactions that leave customers feeling well-served.
• Adapt engagement style to connect with a wide variety of customers throughout the day.
• Develop reliable, productive partnerships with retail store staff.
• Safeguard customer data and maintain strict confidentiality in every interaction.
• Travel to and support multiple store locations across your assigned territory as needed.

Compensation

• Base wage $17.95 plus uncapped commission
• Permanent full-time or part-time positions available
• Flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, 9am to 9pm
