KognitiveSales Solutions is expanding its in-store sales team in Canada, seeking driven individuals to engage customers inside a major Canadian retailer. You will help customers discover a financial product from a trusted brand, with uncapped commission on top of a competitive hourly base.

The role offers a flexible schedule (Mon-Sun, 9am-9pm) and both full-time and part-time opportunities, with paid training and ongoing coaching. Travel between stores in the assigned territory is required.

• Must be outgoing and comfortable approaching customers in-store.
• Excellent communication and active listening to assess customer needs.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

Compensation

• Base wage $15.70 plus uncapped commission
