Responsibilities

• Engage customers directly on the retail floor and share the benefits of our client's financial product (Credit Cards).
• Listen to customers' needs and guide them toward a product that fits their lifestyle.
• Become the in-store expert so customers and store staff look to you as the go-to resource.
• Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations.
• Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application.
• Find creative, authentic ways to approach and engage customers throughout the day.
• Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations.
• Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality.
