Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring Retail Sales Consultants across Canada to represent a trusted financial brand inside major retail locations. This is a people-first role where your ability to engage, educate, and inspire action makes all the difference.

You will engage customers on the retail floor, guide them toward products that fit their lifestyle, and become the in-store expert so customers and store staff see you as the go-to resource.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an asset.
• Willing to complete a criminal and credit background check.
• Professional and discreet when handling customer information.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers directly on the retail floor and share the benefits of our client’s financial product (credit cards).
• Listen to customers’ needs and guide them toward a product that fits their lifestyle.
• Become the in-store expert so customers and store staff look to you as the go-to resource.
• Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful conversations.
• Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application.
• Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require.
• Build strong working relationships with store teams across assigned locations.
