Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring Retail Sales Consultants across Canada to represent a trusted financial brand inside major retail locations. You will engage customers, educate on credit cards, and guide them toward suitable products while becoming the in-store expert.

Flexible scheduling Mon-Sun 9am-9pm, with permanent full-time or part-time opportunities. Earn a base hourly wage with uncapped commissions and ongoing coaching for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an asset, not required.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable with sales goals and exceeding them.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the retail floor and explain financial products clearly and relatably.
• Listen to customer needs and guide them to a suitable product.
• Become the in-store expert and be the go-to resource for customers and staff.
• Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through conversations.
• Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application.
• Build relationships with store teams across locations and handle confidential customer information.
• Flex across multiple store locations within your region as needed.
