Job summary

KognitiveSales Solutions is seeking in-store sales representatives to work in major Canadian retailers, advising customers on our client's credit card products. Earn a base hourly wage with uncapped commissions, with training from day one and ongoing coaching.

Positions are permanent full-time or part-time, with a flexible schedule (9am–9pm, Monday through Sunday). You will travel across stores in your assigned territory and uphold confidentiality in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, confident and enjoys meeting people.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Goal‑oriented with ability to handle targets.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Willing to undergo criminal and credit background checks.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
• Vehicle or driver's license is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers in-store and walk them through product features and value.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and make relevant recommendations.
• Serve as the product authority in-store, knowledgeable and credible.
• Meet and surpass personal sales targets while representing the client brand.
• Create positive interactions and ensure customers feel well-served.
• Adapt engagement style to connect with diverse customers throughout the day.
• Develop partnerships with retail staff and safeguard customer data.
