Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is expanding its in-store sales team in Canada. You will work inside a major Canadian retailer, meeting customers where they shop and helping them discover a financial product from a trusted brand.

If you love sales and face-to-face conversations, this is the role for you. Base pay starts at $17.95/hour with uncapped commission, with permanent full-time or part-time positions and a clear path to advancement.

Qualifications

• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in-store and meet targets.
• Willingness to undergo a criminal and credit background check.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers in-store and walk them through the features and value of our client's credit card products.
• Ask the right questions to understand each customer's situation and make a relevant, helpful recommendation.
• Serve as the product authority inside the store, knowledgeable, approachable, and credible.
• Consistently meet and surpass personal sales targets while championing the client brand.
• Create positive, memorable interactions that leave customers feeling well-served.
• Adapt engagement style to connect with a wide variety of customers throughout the day.
• Develop reliable, productive partnerships with retail store staff.
• Safeguard customer data and maintain strict confidentiality in every interaction.
• Travel to and support multiple store locations across the assigned territory as needed.
