Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring Retail Sales Consultant roles across Canada to represent a trusted financial brand inside major retail locations. You will engage customers, educate them on credit products, and guide them toward suitable solutions while building lasting store relationships.

Base wage is 17.95/hr with uncapped commission. Permanent full-time or part-time opportunities exist with flexible scheduling across 9am–9pm, Monday through Sunday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail or financial services.
• Comfortable meeting sales targets and pursuing ambitious goals.
• Strong communication and active listening abilities.
• Willingness to undergo a criminal and credit background check.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers directly on the retail floor and share the benefits of the client’s financial products (Credit Cards).
• Listen to customers' needs and guide them toward a product that fits their lifestyle.
• Become the in-store expert so customers and store staff look to you as the go-to resource.
• Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through one-on-one conversations.
• Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application.
• Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations.
