Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring Retail Sales Consultants across Canada to represent one of the country's trusted financial brands inside major retail locations. You will engage customers, educate them about credit cards, and guide them toward the best product for their needs.

This role rewards proactive selling with uncapped commissions. Positions include permanent full-time or part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling between 9am and 9pm.

Qualifications

• A natural connector who enjoys meeting new people and starting conversations.
• Comfortable with sales goals and motivated to exceed them.
• Strong communicator who listens and adapts to the customer.
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is an asset, not a requirement.
• Professional and discreet with sensitive customer information.
• Willing to complete criminal and credit background checks.
• Access to a vehicle is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the retail floor and explain the benefits of our client's financial product.
• Listen to customers and guide them to a product that fits their lifestyle.
• Become the in-store expert so customers and staff see you as the go-to resource.
• Drive brand awareness and new customer acquisition through one-on-one conversations.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences from first greeting to completed application.
• Build relationships with store teams across assigned locations.
• Handle customer information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Flex across multiple store locations within your region as needed.
