Real Canadian Superstore, part of Loblaw, is hiring Store Team Members to deliver a positive in-store experience. You’ll stock shelves, assist customers, and support promotions while upholding health and safety standards. No previous experience is required; training is provided.

Flexible shifts may include days, evenings and weekends; ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required. This unionized position follows the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Qualifications

• Flexible shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provide great customer service by stocking shelves and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs; assist with ordering.
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
