Job summary

Loblaw Companies Limited is hiring Store Team Members for Real Canadian Superstore in Canada. You will support customers, stock shelves, and keep displays tidy while learning our processes.

No previous experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success. This is a unionized, hourly position with flexible hours including days, evenings and weekends.

Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to a fast-paced environment while delivering friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
