Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore, part of Loblaw Companies Limited, is hiring Store Team Members to help provide a positive in-store shopping experience and ensure shelves are stocked to meet customer needs.

You’ll greet customers, maintain displays, assist with inventory, and support promotions while upholding health and safety standards. No previous experience required; training is provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Flexibility to work various hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
