Job summary

Loblaw Companies Limited is seeking Store Team Members for Real Canadian Superstore locations across Canada. You will help provide a positive in-store experience by stocking shelves, assisting customers, and upholding health and safety standards.

No prior experience is required; training is provided to set you up for success. Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, is important. The role is unionized with hourly pay starting from the published range.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs.

• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering.
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
