Rogers Communications, Inc. in Langley, BC is seeking a part-time Retail Sales role to connect with customers, promote Rogers and Fido products, and drive in-store sales.

Qualifications

• Experience developing connections with customers and team members through clear, effective communication that drive positive outcomes and support team and business goals.
• Ability to deliver against sales targets through exceptional customer service, strong product knowledge, customer-focused upselling, consistently contributing to overall store performance.
• You can quickly adjust to changing situations and find solutions to unexpected challenges in a dynamic environment.
• You can provide minimum 32 hours availability weekly, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays to meet customer demand and maintain strong performance results during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Tailoring Solutions: Enhance the retail experience in our stores, providing best in class service by connecting with customers and matching their needs to our wireless, internet, TV, home phone, and Mastercard products
• Sales Delivery: Finding opportunities,anticipating customer needs, and delivering on sales targets.
• Customer Engagement: Engage customers through inbound and outbound outreach programs (calls & text) to grow sales by acquiring new customers, and driving overall customer retention
• Brand Promotion: Representing Rogers and Fido brands in-store and at local community events.
