Job summary

Staples Canada in Winnipeg is seeking a part-time in-store Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and learn our print and services offerings. You will engage customers, suggest tailored products, and help manage print orders and pickups.

You will work with store leadership to set and achieve sales and margin goals, while maintaining store standards and policies. Prior experience is valued, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• 3 months to 1 year of prior retail experience (preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and sell to customers using Staples selling model to meet needs.
• Handle transactions using POS and process shipments/marketing tool usage.
• Fulfill steps for intake or pickup of print orders via dashboard, phone, or counter.
• Ensure print production machines are stocked with paper, toner, and supplies; organize orders.
