Job summary

Melanie Lyne in Windsor is seeking an In-Store Merchandiser who loves fashion marketing and visual storytelling. You will arrange displays, dress mannequins, and refresh windows to create a memorable shopping experience.

You will collaborate with management and the regional visual presentation team, participate in product knowledge sessions, and help set up new stores while maintaining a neat store appearance.

Responsibilities

• Creatively present merchandise and manage store space to support seasonal projection
• Dress mannequins and install props both in the windows and inside the store
• Drive traffic and sales by repositioning merchandise to meet store needs
• Perform physical tasks and work at height, such as changing displays and signs
• Collaborate with Management and the Regional Visual Presentation Team
• Attend Product Knowledge sessions seasonally
• Ensure a neat appearance of the store
• Participate in new stores’ set-up and opening
