Clear Destination Inc. is seeking an In-Store Merchandiser to create compelling visual displays and drive seasonal merchandising. You will be part of a team focused on delivering a memorable shopping experience and contributing to career development within the company.

You will dress mannequins, install props, and relocate merchandise to optimize traffic and sales while maintaining store aesthetics. This role involves physical tasks and collaboration with management.

• Creatively present merchandise and manage store space to support seasonal projection.
• Dress mannequins and install props in windows and inside the store.

• Perform physical tasks and work at height, such as changing displays and signs.
• Collaborate with Management and Regional Visual Presentation Team.
• Attend Product Knowledge sessions seasonally.
• Ensure a neat appearance of the store.
• Participate in new stores’ set-up and opening.
