Kognitive Sales Solutions is expanding its in-store sales team in Ontario, recruiting driven individuals who thrive in a retail environment. In this role you will meet customers where they shop inside a major Canadian retailer and help them discover a credit card product from trusted brands.

If you love sales and winning together, this is for you. You will proactively engage shoppers, ask the right questions to tailor recommendations, and become the product authority in-store.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is a bonus; drive and attitude matter more.
• Willing to undergo a criminal and credit background check.
• Clear and engaging communicator who can listen and adapt to customers.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers in-store and explain features and value of the credit card products.
• Ask the right questions to tailor recommendations to each customer.
• Serve as the product authority inside the store and maintain credibility.
• Meet and surpass personal sales targets while promoting the client brand.
• Travel to and support multiple store locations within the assigned Ontario territory as needed.
• Safeguard customer data and maintain strict confidentiality in every interaction.
