Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is expanding its in-store sales team in Windsor, Ontario, and seeks driven individuals who thrive in a retail environment. You will engage shoppers inside a major Canadian retailer and help them discover a financial product from a trusted brand.

The role offers a flexible schedule, permanent full-time or part-time paths, uncapped commissions on top of a base hourly rate, and comprehensive training with ongoing coaching to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is a bonus; drive and attitude matter.
• Good communication and active listening skills are essential.
• Willingness to complete criminal and credit background checks.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers in-store and explain credit card products.
• Ask questions to understand customers' needs and offer relevant recommendations.
• Be the product authority, credible and approachable in-store.
• Meet and surpass personal sales targets while representing the client brand.
• Travel to multiple store locations within assigned territory as needed.
• Protect customer data and maintain confidentiality.
