Kognitive Sales Solutions is growing its in-store sales team in Mississauga, Canada, inside a major retailer, helping customers discover a financial product from a trusted Canadian brand. You will be meeting customers where they shop and driving your income through results.

If you love sales, enjoy face-to-face conversations, and want a role with clear earnings potential, this is for you. Base wage is hourly with uncapped commission, plus paid training and coaching.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is a bonus; drive and attitude matter more.
• Willingness to undergo criminal and credit background checks.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers in-store and walk them through the features and value of our client's credit card products.
• Ask the right questions to understand each customer’s situation and make a relevant, helpful recommendation.
• Serve as the product authority inside the store, knowledgeable, approachable, and credible.
• Consistently meet and surpass personal sales targets while championing the client brand.
• Create positive, memorable interactions that leave customers feeling well-served.
• Adapt engagement style to connect with a wide variety of customers throughout the day.
• Develop reliable, productive partnerships with retail store staff.
• Safeguard customer data and maintain strict confidentiality in every interaction.
• Travel to and support multiple store locations across your assigned territory as needed.
