Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking personable, sales‑driven individuals to join our in‑store team inside a major Canadian retailer. You will meet customers where they shop, explain credit card products, and help them choose the best option based on their needs.

Responsibilities include proactive in-store engagement, asking the right questions, and building strong store partnerships while maintaining strict confidentiality of customer data.

Kognitive Sales Solutions is growing its in-store sales team and we are looking for driven, personable individuals who thrive in a retail environment. In this role you will work inside a major Canadian retailer, meeting customers where they shop and helping them discover a financial product from one of Canada’s trusted brands. If you love sales, enjoy face-to-face conversations, and want a role where your results directly drive your income, this is for you.

Your Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers in-store and walk them through the features and value of our client’s creditcardproducts

• Ask the right questions to understand each customer’s situation and make a relevant, helpful recommendation

• Serve as the product authority inside the store, knowledgeable, approachable, and credible

• Consistently meet and surpass personal sales targets while championing the client brand

• Create positive, memorable interactions that leave customers feeling well-served

• Adapt your engagement style to connect with a wide variety of customers throughout the day

• Develop reliable, productive partnerships with retail store staff

• Safeguard customer data andmaintainstrict confidentiality in every interaction

• Travel to and support multiple store locations across your assigned territory as needed

Compensation

• Base wage 17.95/hr plus uncapped commission

• Permanent full-time or part-time positions available

• Flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, 9am to 9pm
