Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring In-Store Brand Ambassadors across Canada to represent a trusted financial brand inside major retail locations. You will engage customers, educate them on loan products, and guide them toward suitable options while becoming the go-to resource for store staff.

This role offers a base hourly wage of 17.95 with uncapped commission, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for permanent full-time or part-time work across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• A natural connector energized by meeting new people and starting conversations.
• Comfortable with sales goals and motivated by exceeding them.
• Strong communicator who listens well and adapts to the customer.
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an asset, not a requirement.
• Professional and discreet when handling sensitive customer information.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the retail floor and share benefits of the client’s financial product.
• Guide customers toward products that fit their lifestyle.
• Become the in-store expert for customers and store staff.
• Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application.
• Find creative ways to engage customers throughout the day.
• Build strong relationships with store teams across locations.
• Handle customer information with confidentiality.
• Flex across multiple store locations as needed.
